FREE Returns within 120 Days of Purchase
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. So, if you have any problem with your Alberto Fermani purchase, you may return it – for any reason – within 120 days of purchase for a prompt exchange or a full refund.
We also believe that no one should have to pay for return shipping. If you’re not happy with your purchase, just follow our easy return instructions below and we will send you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to return your items.
- We offer free shipping. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers in Canada who purchased items at a discount are responsible for return shipping and duty back to the USA.
Below are the details for our straightforward, hassle-free, and free of fine print return or exchange policy. It’s really this simple: We offer prompt exchange or full refund and
free return shipping. We have just one request: Please send us your purchase back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition.
Here’s how it works
- You can return
your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be
in the same packaging and condition you received them.
- Return shipping is FREE. We provide you a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label.
- For exchanges or returns from within the USA and Canada, please send us an email at inquiries@AlbertoFermaniUSA.com
or call us at 415 332 6833. We will ask you for information about your exchange or return such as the reason for the return and we will send you a FedEx Ground shipping label.
- Place the original Alberto Fermani shoe box into a suitable shipping box. If possible use the original shipping box your item came in. Please do not use the actual shoe
box as a shipping container because FedEx will not accept it nor insure it, and it may be damaged during shipping.
- Drop off the package at a staffed FedEx or Kinko’s location and make sure to request a receipt to confirm you’ve handed the package to FedEx. For a list of drop off
locations, please visit http://www.FedEx.com.
If you are unable to drop off the package, we can schedule a FedEx pickup, however please note that FedEx requires a time window of 4 to 6 hours for pick up.
- Once we receive your items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in good condition (not worn, used or damaged) . Within one week (or sooner) we will respond with the following:
- If you requested an exchange, we will email you a gift certificate code. Please insert
the code at check out during your next purchase to claim your credit.
- If you requested a return, your refund will be credited
to the credit card you used to purchase the item and we will email you a credit
confirmation. Please note that the credit may take an additional 2 to 10
business days to post on your credit card account after we apply the credit.
