FREE Returns within 120 Days of Purchase
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. So, if you have any problem with your Alberto Fermani purchase, you may return it – for any reason – within 120 days of purchase for a prompt exchange or a refund.
If the item was purchased at regular price then your return is FREE and the refund amount is the full purchase amount including taxes.
If the item was purchased at a discounted price (either on Sale or with a discount coupon), the refund amount is calculated as the full purchase price including taxes minus a $25 fee per discounted item.
- There is no shipping and handling fee for exchanges. Just follow our easy return instructions below and we will send you a prepaid shipping label that you can use to return your items.
- We offer free Ground shipping for all orders. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Below are the details for our straightforward, hassle-free return or exchange process. We have just one request: Please send your purchase back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition.
Here’s how it works
- You can return your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be in the same packaging and condition you received them.
- We provide you a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label.

888 331 1399. We will ask you for information about your exchange or return such as the reason for the return and we will send you a pre-paid FedEx Ground shipping label.
- Place the original Alberto Fermani shoe box into a suitable shipping box. If possible use the original shipping box your item came in. Please do not use the actual shoe box as a shipping container because FedEx will not accept it nor insure it and it may be damaged during shipping.
- Drop off the package at a staffed FedEx or Kinko’s location and make sure to request a receipt to confirm you’ve handed the package to FedEx. For a list of drop off locations, please visit http://www.FedEx.com.
If you are unable to drop off the package, we can schedule a FedEx pickup, however please note that FedEx requires a time window of 4 to 6 hours for pick up.
- Once we receive your items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in good condition (not worn, used or damaged) . Within one week (or sooner) we will respond with the following:
- If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped to you.
- If you requested a return, your refund will be credited
to the credit card you used to purchase the item and we will email you a credit
confirmation. Please note that the credit may take an additional 2 to 10
business days to post on your credit card account after we apply the credit.
