Shipping

All our shipping methods are trackable so you can trace the progress of your package from order to delivery.

Shipping prices are as follows:

For shipments anywhere in the USA:

  • UPS Ground Shipping is free
  • UPS Overnight Shipping – $45 for the first item and $10 for any additional item

For shipments anywhere in Canada*:

  • UPS Ground Shipping is free
  • Please note, shipments to Canada may incur duty, GST taxes and brokerage fees for which you will be responsible. These charges will be billed to you by UPS.

Please note:

  • We do not currently ship outside the USA or Canada. We also do not ship to PO boxes.
  • As a California-based business, we must charge a 8.25% CA sales tax for merchandise shipped within the state of California.
  • For your protection, we require a receiving signature for any package over $300.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Schedule

Your order will ship from our distribution center in New Jersey. Barring delays due to weather or unforeseen events, our typical ground shipping transit time to major metropolitan areas is as follows:

  • New York: One business day
  • Boston: One business days
  • Cincinnati: Two business day
  • Chicago: Two business days
  • Miami: Three business days
  • Dallas: Three business days
  • Seattle: Five business days
  • San Francisco: Five business days
  • Los Angeles: Five business days

Once you place your order, we’ll email you with a confirmation and your UPS tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the UPS site. You can also track your package by logging on to our site and going to your account page.

Please note: UPS will attempt to deliver once per day, three days in a row. After that they will hold your package for pick up at the closest UPS station within four days. Please call 800-PICKUPS to find out the closest UPS Station or go here.

If you do not pick up your package within four days after the attempted delivery, UPS will return the package to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping charges if you chose overnight shipping and the package is returned to us.

Alberto Fermani Size Chart
The Alberto Fermani fit is generally snug. If you’d rather have a bit more room for your foot, we’d recommend sizing a half size up. In other words, if you usually wear a size 7, order a size 7 ½.

The size chart below is based upon a medium-width foot with a medium instep. However:

  • If your foot is wide you might want to size up half a size or a full size.
  • If you have a high instep, you might want to size up a half size or a full size.
  • If you want to wear socks with your booties, boots, or shoes, size up half a size to allow room and a comfortable fit.
So, for example, if you have a wide foot and you wear socks with your boots or shoes, you might want to go one full size up, say from a 7 to an 8.
